130. CONTRACT WITH T. Y. LIN INTERNATIONAL FOR CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION SERVICES Approve the Consultant Services Contract No. 2010-059 with T.Y. Lin International in the amount not-to-exceed $609,101.90 for Construction Administration Services of MCDOT Bridge Preservation (BRIG) Project, Sub-Project No. T188, Old US80 Gila River Bridge Rehabilitation. The construction work on this project consists of rehabilitating the Historic Old US80 Gila River Bridge including bridge deck repairs, truss bearing modifications, heat-straightening bent steel members, abutment bank protection, pier scour stabilization, self weathering guard rail, temporary at grade access roadway, maintenance and protection of traffic, Interpretive Center with historic markers, protective entrance beams, asphalt paving and miscellaneous related items. Construction of this project will be procured in accordance with the mandate set forth in the Maricopa County Procurement Code, Article 5, and Section 504. Funds are budgeted in FY 2012 Capital Improvement Program Budget. This project is in Supervisor District No. 5. (C-91-12-024-5-00)
