64. BID AND AWARD FOR CRACK SEAL SURFACE TREATMENT Approve the solicitation of bids for the Maricopa County Department of Transportation’s Crack Seal Surface Treatment, FY12 Work Order Number TTTMP011. Approve the award to the lowest responsive bidder, provided that the lowest responsive bidder does not exceed the Engineer’s estimate by more than ten percent. This project consists of vacuuming cracks in asphalt concrete surfaces pavements, heating and applying asphalt modified rubber compounding into cracks , and patching cracks 1-1/2” to 6” with Asphalt Patching Material using contractor furnished equipment, establishing traffic control measures, and other miscellaneous work items required to complete project. The project consists of approximately 195 lane miles of road detailed in the included Maintenance List. Supervisory Districts: 1, 2, 4, and 5 (C-91-12-034-5-00)
