69. ROAD ABANDONMENT (ROAD FILE NO. AB-256) Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-7214, adopt Resolution AB-256 to abandon a portion of Carver Road in the vicinity of 35th Avenue and Elliot Road (Alignment) by extinguishing the easement which was conveyed to Maricopa County by means of a Maricopa County by means of a Deed on October 26, 1955 and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder as Dkt 1746 Page 432.
