71. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK CONTRACT WITH BRYCON CORPORATION FOR PHASE I COUNTY ATTORNEY MOVE TO SOUTHEAST REGIONAL FACILITY Approve and award construction-manager-at-risk contract (91812010) to Brycon Corporation for GMP 2 construction phase contract for the first phase of the Southeast Facility Relocations project (2855-11-1356) in an amount not to exceed $467,565. The services provided include: all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals needed to accomplish the remodel of the space on the second floor of the Southeast Facility located in Mesa, Arizona for the Maricopa County Attorney's office. The second phase of the project will include a remodel of the first floor for the Public Defender and Adult Probation offices. This project is phased to accommodate the required completion date of December 31, 2011 by the County Attorney. (C-91-12-042-5-00)
