64. CONTRACT WITH KIMLEY-HORN & ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR BEARDSLEY PARKWAY FEASIBILITY STUDY (US60 TO TURNER PARKWAY) Approve Contract No. 2011-018 with Kimley-Horn & Associates, Inc. for Maricopa County Department of Transportation’s Beardsley Parkway Feasibility Study (US60 to Turner Parkway), Transportation Planning (TPLN) Project, Sub-Project No. T005. The total contract amount shall not exceed $384,722. The Contract completion date shall be 365 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed has been issued. Maricopa County will provide a Corridor Feasibility Study based upon the MAG Interstate 10/Hassayampa Valley Roadway Framework Study identifying a need for a comprehensive roadway network to meet traffic demands for the build out area west of the White Tank Mountains Beardsley Parkway was identified, in the study, as necessitating a higher capacity roadway.
