A-2. AGREEMENT WITH THE BURLINGTON NORTHERN SANTA FE (BNSF) RAILROAD Approve an agreement with the Burlington Northern Santa Fe (BNSF) railroad and Maricopa County which allows the Maricopa County Department of Transportation to construct a grade separated roadway at 143rd Ave, between Northern Ave. and Olive Ave. for the Northern Parkway Project at no additional cost to the County. This agreement is necessary for construction of the Transportation Improvement Program MAG ALCP Project (ALCP), Sub-Project T195, Northern Parkway Phase 1 which goes from Dysart to Sarival along the Butler alignment at 143rd Ave. Supervisory District No. 4 (C-91-12-062-5-00)
