89. ROAD ABANDONMENT (ROAD FILE NO. AB-254) Pursuant to A.R.S. §28-6709 and 28-7202, adopt Resolution AB-254 to abandon a portion of 98th Way in the vicinity of Billings Court and 98th Street, which was conveyed to Maricopa County by means of a Quit-Claim Deed on July 24, 1956 and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder as Docket 1952 Pages 592 and a Warranty Deed on July 24, 1956 and recorded by the Maricopa County Recorder as Docket 1952 Pages 593.Supervisory District No. 2 (C-91-12-065-M-00)
