I-2. DISSOLUTION OF K100, MARGUERITE DRIVE IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Adopt a resolution dissolving K100, Marguerite Drive Improvement District (District 2) in accordance with A.R.S. 48-959. All obligations of this improvement district have been paid in full and operation and maintenance has been taken over by the county. It is further recommended that the County Treasurer shall transfer the remaining balance ($1,980.49) from the Marguerite Drive Improvement District to the Improvement District Reserve Fund T00-999. The Maricopa County Treasurer’s Office has researched their files and confirmed that this district does not have any bonds and/or coupons outstanding. The district is located in the vicinity of the vicinity of 114th Street and Meridian Road. Supervisor District 2. (C-91-12-067-7-00)
