I-1. ORGANIZATION OF THE ARROYO NORTE UNIT 4 STREET LIGHTING IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Organize the Arroyo Norte Unit 4 Street Lighting Improvement District and appoint the Superintendent of Streets as District Engineer. The district purpose is establishing street lighting facilities and purchasing electric service for the lighting of public streets and parks within the area. A petition representing 100% of the property owners in Arroyo Norte Unit 4 has been presented requesting the formation of a street lighting improvement district. Inasmuch as this is a 100% district, the HEARING TO ORGANIZE will be held on this date. The district is located in the vicinity of I-17 and Circle Mountain Road. Supervisor District 3.
