93. ADDITION OF PERMANENT VEHICLE TO THE FLEET Approve a permanent addition to the County fleet for one box van with lift gate and one reconditioned forklift to be purchased by the Equipment Services Department for use by the Facilities Management Department to support their Office Furniture Warehouse Program for a total cost not to exceed $50,000. Additional costs for operating expenses are estimated to be approximately $6,000 per fiscal year. The cost for both vehicles and operating expenses will be absorbed in the FMD General Fund operating budget. The box van will be used to transport County-owned office furniture to and from the building where it is being warehoused for future use. The forklift will be used in the storage area to load, unload and arrange the furniture. (C-91-12-069-V-00)
