91. GMP #2 TO CALIENTE CONSTRUCTION INC. FOR GROUP I LOCATIONS IN THE OET NETWORK FACILITIES UPGRADES PHASE II PROJECT Approve a Contract between Caliente Construction Inc. and Maricopa County through the Facilities Management Department, in the not-to-exceed amount of $2,067,400. The purpose of this Contract is to construct improvements to five (5) facilities in support of the Office of Enterprise Technology Network Facilities Upgrades Phase II project (MC-A-11-1390). This Contract is effective from October 19, 2011 until April 30, 2012. The facilities to be included in Group I of the OET Network Facilities Upgrades Phase II project are: (C-91-12-070-5-00) - 1414 FMD Durango Building - 1513 Gibson Garage - 1511 Communications Building - 1417 Animal Care & Control - 3320 Forensics Science Center

37. GMP #3 TO CALIENTE CONSTRUCTION INC. FOR THE OET NETWORK FACILITIES UPGRADES PHASE II PROJECT Approve a Contract between Caliente Construction Inc. and Maricopa County through the Facilities Management Department, in the not-to-exceed amount of $761,905.26. The purpose of this Contract is to construct improvements to one (1) facility in support of the Office of Enterprise Technology Network Facilities Upgrades Phase II project (MC-A-11-1390). This Contract is effective from February 8, 2012 until June 29, 2012. The facility to be included in this portion of the OET Network Facilities Upgrades Phase II project is: 1402 Flood Control Durango Building (C-91-12-070-5-01)
