I-1. DISSOLUTION OF K98, BILLINGS STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT Adopt a resolution dissolving K98, Billings Street Improvement District (District 2) in accordance with A.R.S. 48-959. All obligations of this improvement district have been paid in full and operation and maintenance has been taken over by the county. Pursuant to A.R.S. 48-958, it is further recommended that the County Treasurer transfer $2,044.36 from the Special Improvement District Fund T00-993 to offset the funds needed to meet this district’s debt service obligations. The Maricopa County Treasurer’s Office has researched their files and confirmed that this district does not have any bonds and/or coupons outstanding. The district is located in the vicinity of 114th Street and Meridian Road. (C-91-12-103-7-00)
