In November 2004, the voters of Maricopa County approved a transportation excise tax for the purpose of implementing the Regional Transportation Plan Arterial Life Cycle Program (RTP ALCP). Project T305, Power Road from Pecos Road to SR202 (Santan Freeway), is included in the Maricopa Association of Government (MAG) Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) and is eligible for regional funding on a reimbursement basis. As the lead agency, Mesa will submit the required documents necessary for these reimbursements.
