48. REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT P-50236 WITH DISCOVERY WEST RANCHES PARTNERS Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Revocable License Agreement P-50236 with Discovery West Ranches Partners (“Licensee”) for Licensee’s restricted use of Maricopa County’s Southwest Regional Center site at 103rd Avenue and Van Buren in Avondale, Arizona (the “Property”). License Agreement P-50236 permits the Licensee to use the Property for farming through June 30, 2014. Licensee’s consideration for use of the Property is $1,000. As additional consideration, Licensee will keep the Property free of weeds and other noxious plants and will maintain the Property in compliance with ordinances, regulations and statutes pertaining to airborne particulate matter.
