49. REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT P-50237 WITH BRIDGING-AZ FURNITURE BANK, INC. Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Revocable License Agreement P-50237 with Bridging-AZ Furniture Bank, Inc. (“Licensee”) for Licensee’s use of Maricopa County’s property at 1920 S. Lewis in Mesa, Arizona (the “Property”). License Agreement P-50237 permits the Licensee to use the Property for furniture storage through June 30, 2015. Licensee will reimburse the County for utilities at $200 per year. As additional consideration, Licensee will waive the $50.00 fee to Maricopa County Human Services Staff for County’s access to Licensee’s furniture bank. (C-94-14-002-3-00)

AMENDMENT TO REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH BRIDGING-AZ FURNITURE BANK, INC Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment No.1 to Revocable License Agreement No.P-50237 with Bridging-AZ Furniture Bank, Inc., an Arizona non-profit corporation, to continue using approximately 10,000 square feet County warehouse space at 1920 S. Lewis in Mesa, Arizona (the “Property”). The current License expires June 30, 2015. The term of this license agreement shall be for one (1) year to commence July 1, 2015 and expire June 30, 2016 unless terminated earlier by either party with a ninety (90) day written notice. Licensee will reimburse the County for utilities at $200.00 per year.
