29. FOURTH AMENDMENT TO GOVERNMENT LEASE WITH CITY OF PHOENIX Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute Fourth Amendment to Government Lease No. L-7445 with the City of Phoenix, as Lessor, for County’s use of office and counter space at 200 West Washington Street, 2nd Floor, Phoenix, Arizona and 36 square feet of floor space on the 3rd floor of this same building for a County Recorder’s Office interactive kiosk. The County leases 60 square feet of office and counter space at Phoenix City Hall, where the Environmental Services Department intakes, reviews and processes permits and applications and 36 square feet of space on the 3rd floor of the same building for a County Recorder’s Office interactive kiosk. The current lease will expire January 31, 2020. This Fourth Amendment will extend the term of the Lease by two (2) years commencing February 1, 2020 through January 31, 2022 and will have one (1) remaining option to renew for two (2) additional years. The annual lease fee for the subject lease remains $2,400 per year. Notice addresses for County are also updated in this Amendment. The subject property lies within Supervisorial District No 5.
