48. IGA WITH THE CITY OF CHANDLER FOR USE OF REAL PROPERTY AT CHANDLER FIRE STATION NO. 1 Approve, and authorize the Chairman to execute, all documents associated with Intergovernmental Agreement G-30171 (“IGA”) with the City of Chandler (“Chandler”) for Use of Real Property to allow the County to construct, install, maintain and operate communications facilities at Chandler Fire Station No. 1. This IGA G-30171 allows Maricopa County the right to construct, install, operate and maintain communication equipment at the Chandler-owned communication site at Chandler Fire Station No. 1 at 911 S. Hamilton Street in Chandler (the “Hamilton Site”). The County will use the communications facilities planned for the Hamilton Site for the purpose of public safety and other County-related functions. This IGA will support the implementation of the County’s Radio System Upgrade Project. (C-94-14-013-3-00)

ADMINISTRATIVE CORRECTIO N TO IGA WITH THE CITY OF CHANDLER FOR USE OF REAL PROPERTY AT CHANDLER FIRE STATION NO. 281 Approve an administrative correction to Agenda Item C-94-14-013-3-00 changing the designation of the Chandler Fire Station associated with Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) G-30171 with the City of Chandler for use of real property from Fire Station No. 1 to Fire Station No. 281. In addition, the tower support structure associated with IGA G-30171 is generally situated east of Fire Station No. 281. (C-94-14-013-3-01)
