43. LICENSE AGREEMENT P-50240 WITH D. L. WITHERS FOR USE OF PARKING AREA Approve, and authorize the Chairman to execute, license agreement P-50240 between Maricopa County and the D L Withers Construction, L.C. (DL Withers) for temporary use by D L Withers of a portion of parcel APN 112-19-127 at the southeast corner of 7th Avenue and Jefferson, Phoenix, Arizona. License Agreement P-50240 allows D L Withers permission to use, at nominal cost, a portion of county-owned property within parcel APN 112-19-127 for construction material staging and construction-related parking during post move-in work that DL Withers is completing at the new MCSO HQ Building at the northwest corner of 5th Avenue and Jackson Street in Phoenix, Arizona. The term of License Agreement P-50240 will be June 1, 2014, through September 30, 2014. (C-94-14-020-3-00)
