25. LICENSE AGREEMENT P50247 WITH LKY REAL ESTATE FUND V, LLC FOR TEMPORARY PARKING FOR ELECTIONS Approve License Agreement P-50247 with LKY REAL ESTATE FUND V, LLC or its Assignee, for temporary use of parking spaces on parcel APN 112-19-129 at 4th Avenue and Lincoln Street in Phoenix, Arizona. This temporary license agreement is required to provide an additional parking area near Maricopa County Elections’ MCTEC Office to meet a portion of the parking demands for staff and volunteers working the upcoming primary and general elections. The term of the license will commence on July 1, 2014, and expire on November 30, 2014. The County will be responsible for ensuring the parking area is in compliance with applicable air quality rules and regulations. The fee during the term of the agreement will be $1.00.
