98. LICENSE AGREEMENT P-50248 WITH TOWN OF QUEEN CREEK FOR USE OF PARKING AREA Approve, and authorize the Chairman to execute, license agreement P-50248 with the Town of Queen Creek (the “Town”) for the Town’s temporary use of a portion of the Queen Creek Closed Landfill property ( APN 304-91-085A and APN 304-91-086) situated near the northeast corner of Hawes Road and Riggs Road in Queen Creek, Arizona. License Agreement P-50248 permits the Town to use, at nominal cost, a portion of county-owned property within parcels APN 304-91-085A and APN 304-91-086 for overflow parking associated with Town-sponsored events at the Horseshoe Park and Equestrian Centre at 20464 E. Riggs Road in Queen Creek subject to the Town’s strict adherence to the pre-event and post-event requirements. The term of License Agreement P-50248 will be July 1, 2014, through April 30, 2015. 42. AMENDMENT TO REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH THE TOWN OF QUEEN CREEK Approve Amendment No. 1 to Revocable License Agreement P-50248 between Town of Queen Creek (Licensee) and Maricopa County through the Department of Finance. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the agreement. This amendment is non-financial and is effective from 05/01/2015 until 04/30/2016. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect. Amendment No. 1 to License Agreement P-50248 extends the term of the agreement through April 30, 2016. The effective date of Amendment No. 1 is May 1, 2015. Either party may terminate the agreement without cause immediately upon written notification to the other party. (C-94-14-024-3-01) 43. AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT WITH CENTRAL ARIZONA SHELTERS SERVICES, INC Approve, and authorize the Chairman to execute, Amendment No. 4 to Lease Agreement MC10166 with Central Arizona Shelter Services, Inc. (“CASS”) as successor in interest to Central Arizona Shelter Services, LLC for CASS’s use of County-owned space at 1214 W. Madison in Phoenix. Amendment No. 4 to Lease Agreement MC10166 documents the agreement between the Parties for termination of the subject lease as of May 15, 2015. (C-18-08-010-4-04)

57. AMENDMENT TO REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT P-50248 WITH THE TOWN OF QUEEN CREEK Approve, and authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment No. 2 to License Agreement P-50248 with the Town of Queen Creek to extend the term for event parking on County property. This amendment will extend the term of the Agreement two (2) years, commencing May 1, 2016 and expire April 30, 2018. The Town will make certain improvements to the parking area to include addition of gravel or soil stabilizer within the designated parking area. All events that utilize the parking area will ensure pre & post event watering as a dust control measure. This amendment is non-financial. Licensee or Licensor may terminate the Agreement upon immediate written notice to the non-terminating party. All terms and conditions of the original agreement and amendment thereto remain the same and in full force and effect. (C-94-14-024-3-02)
