99. REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT P-50249 WITH DISCOVERY WEST RANCHES PARTNERS Approve, and authorize the Chairman to execute, Revocable License Agreement P-50249 with Discovery West Ranches Partners (“Licensee”) for Licensee’s restricted use of the County’s Southwest Regional Center site at 103rd Avenue and Van Buren in Avondale, Arizona (the “Property”). License Agreement P-50249 permits the Licensee to use the Property for farming through December 31, 2014. Licensee’s consideration for use of the Property is $1,000. In addition, License will keep the property free of weeds and other noxious plants and will maintain the Property in compliance with ordinances, regulations and statutes pertaining to airborne particulate matter.
