92. REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH YOUTH DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE Approve, and authorize the Chairman to execute, Revocable License Agreement P-50250 with Youth Development Institute, an Arizona non-profit (the “Licensee”) for Licensee’s restricted use of the County’s vacant land at 1825 E. Roosevelt Street in Phoenix, Arizona (the “Property”). License Agreement P-50250 permits the Licensee revocable use of the Property through December 31, 2015. The Property will be used for temporary parking during the Licensee’s capital improvement project at its adjacent facility. The Licensee will be responsible for obtaining all required use permits and will maintain the Property in compliance with ordinances, regulations and statutes pertaining to airborne particulate matter. The license fee is nominal ($1.00). (C-94-15-002-3-00)

55. AMENDMENT TO LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH YOUTH DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE Approve, and authorize the Chairman to execute Amendment No. 1 to License Agreement P-50250 with Youth Development Institute (an AZ non-profit hospital/healthcare corp.) to extend the term of the agreement for restricted use of County’s vacant land at 1825 E Roosevelt Street in Phoenix, and update the County’s notice address. This amendment will extend the term one year and will commence on January 1, 2016 and expire December 31, 2016. There is no cost to either Party. The Property will be used for temporary parking during Licensee’s capital improvement project. Either Party may terminate the Agreement upon 30-day notice to the other. (C-94-15-002-3-01)
