42. BUILDING ENTRY AGREEMENT WITH CENTURYLINK FOR NEW SERVICE AT ADULT PROBATION SOUTHPORT FACILITY Approve, and authorize the Chairman to execute, a Building Entry Agreement with Qwest Corporation d/b/a CenturyLink QC on behalf of itself and its affiliates (Licensee) allowing Licensee permission to construct, maintain, repair, operate and remove certain wires, cables, panels, conduit, lock-boxes, building entrance facilities and other appurtenant fixtures and equipment over, under, across and along the County’s Adult Probation Southport facility at 3535 South 7th Street in Phoenix. The subject Building Entry Agreement is required to provide Licensee permission to install county-required improvements to the voice-data service at the subject facility. The agreement will be for an initial term of ten (10) years with two (2) automatic 5-year renewal terms unless either renewal term is terminated by either party via written notice at least three (3) months prior to the expiration of the current term of the agreement.
