AMENDMENT GROUND LEASE L-7448 WITH MEI-D PROPERTIES, LLC FOR MORRISTOWN RADIO SITE Approve Amendment No. 1 and execute ground lease L-7448 with MEI-D Properties, LLC to continue operating and maintaining a Maricopa County wireless communication facility at 47515 N. U.S. Highway 60 in Morristown, AZ. The term of this lease begins July 1, 2025 and ends June 30, 2035 with one option to renew the lease for an additional ten (10) year term. This action is in Supervisor District 4 (C-94-15-015-3-01)
