59. LEASE L-7458 WITH FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT OF MARICOPA COUNTY Approve, and authorize the Chairman to execute, ground lease L-7458 with Flood Control District of Maricopa County (“District”) for the County’s restricted use of approximately 625 s.f. of real property within County Assessor Parcel Number 105-17-007 (the “Site”). Lease L-7458 allows the County use of the Site at the Durango Campus for staging County-generated waste materials that will be recycled through the County’s new recycling program as initially administrated through the Environmental Division of Risk Management. The initial term of the lease will expire on December 31, 2015. The County will have five (5) one-year renewal options. The annual rent is $500.00. Either party may terminate the lease after 30-days written notice. (C-94-15-016-3-00)
