AIRCRAFT STORAGE PERMITS Approve and execute two (2) Aircraft Storage Permits between the City of Phoenix Aviation Department and Maricopa County (Permittee) for aircraft storage spaces DV STHG-46-07 and Space No. DV STHG-46-09 located at the Phoenix Deer Valley Airport, 702 W. Deer Valley Road, Phoenix, AZ. The Permits are in effect until canceled by either party. The Permits may be canceled by the Director of Aviation Services or a designee, without cause, upon thirty (30) days’ written notice or immediately for violation of law or provision of the Permits or to protect public health or safety and may be canceled by the Permittee upon five (5) calendar days’ written notice. The Permit rent fee is $240.58 per month per hangar plus tax and is subject to periodic adjustment by the City, upon thirty (30) days’ notice. This agenda item is replacing C-94-15-017-3-00. This permitted property is in Supervisorial District 3 (C-50-23-060-X-00)
