45. REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH LODESTAR DAY RESOURCE CENTER, INC Approve, and authorize the Chairman to execute, revocable License Agreement P-50267 with Lodestar Day Resource Center, Inc., an Arizona non-profit corporation (the “Licensee”) for Licensee’s restricted use of the Men’s Overflow Shelter site (the “Premises”) at 1206 W. Madison Street in Phoenix, Arizona, and delegate authority to the County Manager’s designee for exercising the County’s early termination rights. The Premises will be used to help accommodate the nightly needs of the overflow clientele serviced by the Licensee at the Human Services Campus at 220 S. 12th Avenue in Phoenix. The term of license begins May 15, 2015, and expires on June 30, 2016, unless extended as provided for in the agreement. The Licensee will be responsible for complying with all federal, state and local laws, statutes, rules, regulations, ordinances codes and executive orders. The license fee is waived. License Agreement P-50267 may be terminated by either parity, at any time, via written notification. (C-94-15-022-3-00)
