ARIZONA PUBLIC SERVICE COMPANY UTILITY EASEMENT AT CAVE CREEK TRANSFER STATION Approve, and authorize the granting of a utility easement, without a public auction pursuant to A.R.S. 11-251 (9), in consideration of $1.00, to Arizona Public Service Company (APS), its successors and assigns, to construct, reconstruct, operate and maintain electrical lines (and telecommunication facilities incidental to supplying electricity) together with all necessary and appurtenant facilities through, over under and across County owned property subject to the provision of the legal decription of the parcel and easement at the Cave Creek Transfer Station with a street address of 3955 E. Carefree Highway, Phoenix, AZ. THIS ITEM REQUIRES THE UNANIMOUS CONSENT OF THE BOARD. (C-94-15-024-3-00)
