34. REMOVE AND DISPOSE OF MISCELLANEOUS SURPLUS ITEMS Facilities Management Department - PNI Warehouse in Mesa will release furniture items to Lodestar Day Resource Center at the Human Services Campus. THIS ITEM REQUIRES UNAMIMOUS CONSENT OF THE BOARD Facilities Management Department - PNI Warehouse in Mesa has many items which the Maricopa County Surplus Program has deemed to have no resale value and can be liquidated. These items include 2 large desks, 1 small desk, 1 task desk, and 2 side chairs. Rather than dispose of these items in the county landfill, the Facilities Management Department and the Maricopa Green Government Program respectfully request approval to donate these items to Lodestar Day Resource Center at the Human Services Campus. Donating these items will result in less waste and will benefit the residents of Maricopa County. (C-94-15-026-D-00)
