18. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF IGA WITH PHOENIX FOREIGN-TRADE ZONE 75 AND APPROVAL OF DILLON FLIGHT TEST, INC.’S APPLICATION Approve the Resolution of Maricopa County Authorizing Execution of an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Phoenix Foreign-Trade Zone No. 75 and Approval of Dillon Flight Test, Inc.’s Application Requesting Designation of Certain Land within Unincorporated Areas of Maricopa County as A Foreign-Trade Zone. Authorize the Chair to execute an IGA with the Phoenix Foreign-Trade Zone No. 75 and to take such further actions and execute such additional documents as are necessary or appropriate to implement and carry out the terms authorized in and contemplated by the Intergovernmental Agreement.
