RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS FOR THE BENEFIT OF COFFELT-LAMOREAUX, LLC Adopt a Resolution to approve the proceedings of The Industrial Development Authority of the County of Maricopa for the issuance of its Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds (Coffelt-Lamoreaux Apartment Homes Project) Series 2016, in one or more Tax-Exempt and/or Taxable Series, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $25,000,000.
