24. RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS BENEFITING GREAT HEART ACADEMIES Adoption of a Resolution solely for the purpose of satisfying the requirements of Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, approving the issuance by The Industrial Development Authority of the City of Phoenix, Arizona (the “Authority”) of not to exceed $55,000,000 principal amount of Education Facility Revenue Bonds for the benefit of Great Heart Academies, to finance or refinance costs of acquiring, constructing, renovating, improving and equipping and/or other capital and related expenses for charter school facilities located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
