NON-OBJECTION LETTER FOR FOREIGN TRADE ZONE FOR BT-OH, LLC (UNITED POSTAL SERVICE) Approve a “non-objection” letter for a site located on or at the Northwest Corner of Indian School Rd and Loop 303 Freeway, Goodyear, AZ 85338 (Parcel Numbers 501-02-907, 501-02-908, and 501-02-915 (combined under parcel number 501-02-907)) and is owned by BT-OH, LLC (United Postal Service (“UPS”). being included in Greater Maricopa Foreign Trade Zone No. 277 and reclassification of said site as Class 6 property under A.R.S. 42-12006 once it receives Foreign Trade Zone status. Authorize the Chairman to sign said “non-objection” letter. The letter will be directed to the Foreign Trade-Zone Board, U.S. Department of Commerce. (C-94-18-007-M-00)
