22. NON-OBJECTION LETTER FOR FOREIGN TRADE ZONE FOR AI ARIZONA DC, LLC (ALDI) Approve a “non-objection” letter for a site located on or at the Southwest Corner Indian School Road and N. Cotton Lane, Goodyear, AZ 85338 (Parcel Numbers 502-30-008L 6 and 502-30-008H) and owned by AI Arizona DC, LLC (“ALDI”) being included in Greater Maricopa Foreign Trade Zone No. 277 and reclassification of said site as Class 6 property under A.R.S. 42-12006 once it receives Foreign Trade Zone status.
