ADOPT A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF BONDS FOR THE BENEFIT OF BETHESDA FOUNDATION (THROUGH THE COLORADO HEALTH FACILITIES AUTHORITY) Adopt a resolution approving the proceedings of the Colorado Health Facilities Authority for the issuance of its Improvement and Refunding Bonds (Bethesda Foundation Project), Series 2018 in one or more tax-exempt and/or taxable series in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $140,000,000. This matter is at the request of the Colorado Health Facilities Authority for a multi-state financing (Arizona, Missouri, Indiana, Nebraska, Texas and Colorado), wherein public hearings and approvals will need to be conducted in each location.
