NON-OBJECTION LETTER FOR FOREIGN TRADE ZONE FOR NIKOLA Approve a “non-objection” letter for a site located on or at 4141 East Broadway Road, Phoenix, AZ 85040 (Parcel Numbers 123-01-001D 1) and is owned by Nikola being included in City of Phoenix Foreign Trade Zone No. 75 and reclassification of said site as Class 6 property under A.R.S. 42-12006 once it receives Foreign Trade Zone status.
