45. APPOINTMENT OF PUBLIC FIDUCIARY Approve Lina Garcia, Director of the Office of the Public Fiduciary, as the designated principal of this office pursuant to A.R.S. 14-5601A and the Arizona Code of Judicial Administration Sec. 7-202E(2)(d). Ms. Garcia has successfully completed all licensing requirements. As such, Shawnie Patterson, will no longer serve as principal and will return to her position of Fiduciary Supervisor for the Office of the Public Fiduciary. With an effective date of May 20, 2019, the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors approved the appointment of Ms. Garcia as the Director of the Office of the Public Fiduciary with Ms. Patterson as the designated principal until Ms. Garcia obtained the required licensing. This action formally recognizes the change in the designated principal for the Office. (C-94-19-012-9-01)
