29. NON-OBLIGATION LETTER FOR FOREIGN TRADE ZONE FOR BALL METAL BEVERAGE CONTAINER CORPORATION INC. Approve a “non-objection” letter for Ball Metal Beverage Container Corporation Inc.’s (Ball Metal) request to transfer 34.79 acres within Site 15 of Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) No. 277 and create a Subzone utilizing transferred acres. The 34.79 acres within Site 15 of FTZ No. 277 located at 15101 W. Peoria Avenue, Waddell, AZ 85355, within parcel 501-42-979, will be transferred from RRB Beverage Operations Inc. to Ball Metal. Parcel 501-42-979, owned by RRB Beverage Operations Inc., was previously authorized as an FTZ through Board agenda C-94-19-013-M-00 on June 26, 2019. In addition, Ball Metal will create an FTZ Subzone, combining their currently designated FTZ operation in Goodyear, AZ (Location 1) and the new 34.79 acres transferred from RRB Beverage Operation Inc. (Location 2) as a Subzone. Authorize the Chairman to sign said “non-objection” letter. The letter will be directed to the Foreign Trade-Zone Board, U.S. Department of Commerce. (C-18-21-014-X-00)
