16. EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION PACKAGE Approve an Executive Compensation Package (ECP) for Ryan Cotter, Research Director for Justice Systems Planning & Information (JSPI). If approved, this ECP agreement will authorize a deposit of 80 hours of vacation time and 80 hours of sick leave to Mr. Cotter's leave balances and award him a Schedule #3 Leave Accrual Rate effective June 15, 2015.
