26. IGA BETWEEN MARICOPA COUNTY AND THE SUPERIOR COURT OF ARIZONA IN MARICOPA COUNTY Approve, and authorize the Chairman to execute, all documents associated with an Intergovernmental Agreement between Maricopa County and the Superior Court in and for Maricopa County, including the Adult and Juvenile Probation departments. The term of this Agreement is from April 20, 2016 through April 20, 2021 The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions under which the County will undertake the pursuit and administration of certain criminal justice related grants and/or agreements identified by the Parties, including distribution of resulting grant funds, and the Court will provide grant related services, including implementation and oversight of programs and projects that fit within the funding criteria of the grant-giving agency.
