35. AGREEMENT AND ACCEPT GRANT AWARD FROM EXPERIENCE MATTERS Approve a Host Organization Program Agreement and accept a grant award from Experience Matters for the paid services of Encore Fellow, Mitzi Smith. This is a grant award from Experience Matters for the paid services of Mitzi Smith who will receive a stipend of $25,000. The fellowship will be from November 7, 2016 until November 7, 2017. Mitzi Smith’s fellowship is sponsored by Intel Corporation as part of an early retirement package and paid directly to Experience Matters. Experience Matters will pay the sponsored Encore Fellow directly and the Encore Fellow is not entitled to additional wages, benefits or other forms of compensation from Maricopa County. As part of the Agreement, Mitzi Smith will execute a fellowship acknowledgement form agreeing to the same. See attachment A to the Agreement. The Agreement between Maricopa County and Experience Matters identifies the terms and conditions of the work to be performed for a one-year period by Ms. Smith. (C-95-17-002-3-00)
