AMENDMENT TO IGA FOR STATEWIDE COMPREHENSIVE NEEDS ASSESSMENT Approve Amendment No. 5 to the Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with Arizona Department of Health Services to change the old Contract Number on IGA ADHS18-172575 Statewide Comprehensive Needs Assessment to new Contract number IGA ADHS 18-176230. This change is required due to a revision in the ProcureAZ System. All other terms and conditions of the Intergovernmental Agreement remain same. Grant revenues are not local revenues for the purpose of constitutional expenditure limitation, and therefore, expenditure of the funds in not prohibited by the budget laws. This budget adjustment does not alter the budget constraining the expenditure of local revenues duly adopted by the Board pursuant to A.R.S §42-17105. (C-95-18-003-3-00)
