APPOINTMENTS TO MARICOPA COUNTY WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARD Request approval of the following actions regarding resignations and appointments for members of the Maricopa County Workforce Development Board (MCWDB): Accept the resignation of the following member in the Additional Representative Non-Mandatory Category: Bonnie Thoi Appoint the following member to represent the Business Category for a three-year term effective upon approval to June 30, 2020: Angie Ferguson, Northern Trust Revise the membership category to be the Workforce Representatives Mandatory Category as a Community Based organization for the following member. There are no changes to the appointment term for this member: Sally Downey The MCWDB is established and receives its authority in accordance with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), which was signed into law on July 22, 2014 as Public Law 113-128.
