RE-APPOINTMENTS TO THE RYAN WHITE PLANNING COUNCIL Approve the following re-appointments to the Ryan White Planning Council for a three (3) year term, effective on the first day of the month following BOS approval. The re-appointments are: Philip Seeger (Service Provider- Alternate); Deborah Elliott (General Public); Eric Moore (Service Provider); Randall Furrow (General Public); and Gregory Scaggs (Service Provider – Alternate). Consistent with Article III of the Bylaws of the Phoenix EMA Ryan White Planning Council and after satisfactory completion of the pre-screening processes approved by the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors for existing and new Planning Council members, the County Manager recommends the re-appointment of Philip Seeger (Service Provider- Alternate); Deborah Elliott (General Public); Eric Moore (Service Provider); Randall Furrow (General Public); and Gregory Scaggs (Service Provider – Alternate) for a three (3) year terms, effective on the first day of the month following BOS approval.
