16. APPOINTMENT TO THE RYAN WHITE PLANNING COUNCIL Approve the following appointments to the Greater Phoenix Ryan White HIV Services Planning Council (Council). All terms will be effective upon Board approval. 1. Raulina Brito Simango Ashukem (Part C), replacing Eric Moore. Term ends February 28, 2021. 2. Jonathan Edward Brier (Institutional), replacing Kristin Kalla. Term ends November, 30, 2020. 3. Ricardo Manuel Fernandez (Part B), replacing Jimmy Borders. Term ends August 31, 2021. 4. Duvia Lozano (Institutional), replacing Guillermo Velez. Term ends February 28, 2019. 5. Daniel Iniguez (Institutional Alternate for Duvia Lozano). Term coincides with Duvia Lozano and ends February 28, 2019. The Membership Committee of the Council has confirmed that the individuals listed above represent membership categories consistent with the Council Bylaws and federally mandated membership requirements.
