24. APPOINTMENTS TO THE RYAN WHITE PLANNING COUNCIL Approve the following appointments to the Greater Phoenix Ryan White HIV Services Planning Council (Council). All terms will be effective upon Board approval. 1. Taylor Kirkman (Federal HIV Programs: Part D), replacing Ryan Gries. Term ends November 28, 2020. 2. Cheri Tomlinson (Community Member) renewal appointment. Term ends April 23, 2022. (Current term not yet expired.) 3. Anthony Holscher (Community Member), renewal appointment. Term ends April 23, 2022. Accept the following resignations to the Greater Phoenix Ryan White HIV Services Planning Council (Council). All resignations are effective upon written or verbal confirmation by the Council chair. 1. Tanya Kunnappilly (Federal HIV Programs: Native Health Services, Alternate), effective February 28, 2019. 2. Cielo Mohapatra (Public Health & Health Planning: State Medicaid), effective February 28, 2019. 3. Otoniel “Tony” Navarete (Community Member), effective February 28, 2019. 4. Ryan Gries (Federal HIV Programs: Part D), effective April 4, 2019. The Membership Committee of the Council has confirmed that the individuals listed above represent membership categories consistent with the Council Bylaws and federally mandated membership requirements.
