26. RESIGNATIONS AND APPOINTMENTS TO THE RYAN WHITE PLANNING COUNCIL Approve the following resignations to the Greater Phoenix Ryan White HIV Services Planning Council (Council). All resignations are effective upon written or verbal confirmation by the Council chair. 1. Jonathan Brier (ASO/CBO Southwest Center), effective April 8, 2019 2. Fernando Ozuna (ASO/COB, Terros Health), effective April 8, 2019 Approve the following appointments to the Greater Phoenix Ryan White HIV Services Planning Council (Council). All terms will be effective upon Board approval. 1. Phyllis Coprich (AIDS Service Organization (ASO)/Community Based Organization (CBO), Southwest Center), replacing Jonathan Brier. Term ends November 28, 2020. 2. Rocko Cook (AIDS Service Organization (ASO)/Community Based Organization (CBO), Southwest Center), Alternate for Phyllis Coprich. Term ends November 28, 2020. 3. Christie Blanda (Ryan White Part C/D, Alternate for Raulina Ashukem and Taylor Kirkman). Term ends February 28, 2021. 4. Jose Vega (AIDS Service Organization (ASO)/Community Based Organization (CBO), Terros Health), replacing Fernando Ozuna. Term ends October 18, 2019. 5. David Garrett (AIDS Service Organization (ASO)/Community Based Organization (CBO), Terros Health), Alternate for Jose Vega. Term ends October 18, 2019 6. Robert Dyer (Community Member), appointment. Term ends July 13, 2022. The Membership Committee of the Council has confirmed that the individuals listed above represent membership categories consistent with the Council Bylaws and federally mandated membership requirements.
