APPOINTMENT OF MARICOPA COUNTY WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARD MEMBER Appoint the following individual to represent the Business Category for the term effective upon approval until June 30, 2020 and the subsequent term effective July 1, 2020 until June 30, 2023: Matthew McGuire, Dignity Health/Arizona Health Collaborative The MCWDB is established and receives its authority in accordance with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), which was signed into law on July 22, 2014 as Public Law 113-128.
