APPOINTMENT OF MARICOPA COUNTY WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT BOARD MEMBER Request approval for the following actions regarding the Maricopa County Workforce Development Board (MCWDB) as set forth below: 1. Appoint Scott Sudhalter, Regional Director, Dell Technologies to the Business Category effective upon approval through June 30, 2023. The MCWDB is established and re ceives its authority in accordance with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), which was signed into law on July 22, 2014 as Public Law 113-128. The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors (BOS) shall have final authority. The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors approves the appointments and accepts the resignations of MCWDB members.
