32. AGREEMENT WITH ROBIN SCHAEFFER CONSULTING LLC. Approve a Competition Impracticable Agreement (“Agreement”) between Robin Schaeffer, LLC (“Contractor”) and Maricopa County (the “County”). The purpose of the Agreement is to create and implement a pilot nursing workforce practice readiness program for senior nursing students. This model would enhance the partnership between education and practice using nursing faculty and specially trained practice-based nurse preceptors. Funding of this Agreement is through the American Rescue Plan Act, Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds under the CFDA number of 21.027. The Agreement amount shall not exceed $750,000. Agreement term begins November 15, 2021 and will expire December 31, 2024. Per Paragraph 7.0 (Administrative Change Orders) The Chairman of the Board of Supervisors is authorized upon the recommendation of the Assistant County Manager and Legal Counsel to make changes within the general scope of the Agreement on behalf of the County through Administrative Change Orders. Administrative Change Orders shall be approved and fully executed by the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors and the Contractor’s authorized Representative. Administrative Change Orders may address any of the following areas: • Modifications to the project timeline if the last day of the project timeline is within the Agreement term; • Modifications to Budget line items if the Agreement Amount remains unchanged; • Modifications required by federal, state, or County regulations, ordinances, or policies; and • Modifications to Administrative requirements such as changes in reporting periods, frequency of reports, or report formats required by Department of Treasury or local regulations, policies or requirements.
